Alibaba.com Transaction Dispute Rules Updated on September 25, 2018                                   Effective Date: September 25, 2018       Chapter 1 Overview Article 1 These Rules are formulated in accordance with relevant provisions of the Alibaba.com International Platform’s General Provisions, Alibaba.com Transaction Services Agreement, and the Trade Assurance Services Rules to protect the rights and interests of the Buyer and the Seller with respect to online transactions on Alibaba.com.
