Penalties for Document Fraud    1. Scope Alibaba.com is committed to the good faith protection of users' legitimate rights and interests. To create a fair and just marketplace and to maintain its healthy and orderly growth, Alibaba.com will handle any document fraud (provision of fake certificates) by its members or reports of such fraud from its members, once verified, in strict accordance with the following rules (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules").
