Article 5Sellers shall abide by the principle of honest operation, fulfill the order requirements in a timely manner, fulfill service commitments, etc., and shall not have dishonest behaviors such as false transactions, false delivery, improper goods, etc., as detailed in the transaction rules.
Article VIProtects consumers' right to know and fulfills the obligation of information disclosure. Section I Measures to Deal with Violations
Article Sixty-nineIn order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, operators or AliExpress, AliExpress shall take the following illegal measures against members during the period of illegal handling, in accordance with the circumstances stipulated in these rules, until AliExpress confirms that the risk is basically controllable and partially or completely released:
(i) Warning refers to AliExpress's verbal or written reminder and warning of the seller's misconduct;

(IV) Restrict the sending of in-station letters refers to the prohibition of AliExpress members from sending in-station letters.

(XVI) At the same time as closing the account, the platform has the right to review and process the remaining orders of the seller according to the serious violation;
(XVII) Restricting sellers from selling to specific countries refers to penalties that restrict sellers from selling goods to specific countries.
(XVIII) Deletion of credit and sales refers to the deletion of all or part of the store's credit points and the deletion of the sales records of all or part of the store's goods.
At the same time, in addition to the above-mentioned illegal measures, if the seller violates relevant laws and regulations or platform rules, directly or indirectly causes AliExpress to suffer any major losses, AliExpress has the right to require the seller to bear full losses. The above losses include but are not limited to any administrative department due to the above-mentioned seller's illegal behavior. Direct or indirect penalties, the costs borne by AliExpress to ensure the reasonable rights of the platform, most sellers or buyers, the liquidated damages or compensations that AliExpress must bear against third parties, the refunds, liquidated damages or compensation paid by AliExpress to buyers on behalf of sellers, and the laws paid by AliExpress Divisional costs, necessary expenses incurred to eliminate the impact, etc.
AliExpress will process its ongoing orders as follows:
1. Orders that the buyer has placed an order but has not paid: close the order;
2. Orders that the buyer has paid (under risk control review) and the seller has not shipped: close the order and refund the buyer in full (Note: the platform determines whether the shipment is whether the seller has filled in and provided the waybill number on the platform);
3. I. Unfair profit-making
Unfair profit refers to the behavior of members using improper means to seek benefits, including:

(II) The act of members seeking illegitimate benefits from AliExpress staff through other means.
If the member is making improper profits, whether or not he or not, the member's store and its affiliated stores will be permanently closed, and AliExpress will permanently not provide or accept any products or services provided to him; use AliExpress affiliates' websites (including but not limited to Alibaba China Station, International Station, Taobao, Tian Cat website, etc.) In the process of providing services, if the account is closed by the above website in violation of the unfair profit clause of the above website or other acts involving dishonesty, AliExpress has the right to perform the same operation on the account owned or actually controlled by the member on AliExpress website.
If an operating service provider commits improper profit, AliExpress permanently does not provide or accept any products or services provided by it. Other stores operated by the operating service provider shall also operate or change its operating service provider within three months from the date of receiving AliExpress notice. AliExpress shall take mitigating measures as appropriate if a member who commits improper profit-making has truthfully and voluntarily declared and/or reported truthfully and actively.

4. Other violations of industry publishing rules.

In order to promote the growth of sellers and increase more trading opportunities, sellers should abide by the following rules in the platform's regular or irregular organization of sellers' promotional activities and sellers' own promotions.
Article 1Sellers' transactions on AliExpress platform need to meet the following conditions before they have the right to apply to join the promotion activities organized by the platform:
(I) Sellers and goods with transaction records shall meet the following conditions:

2. DSR description score of goods in the store >=4.5
3. The dispute rate of store goods incorrect edition is ≤8%;
4. The 5-day Internet access rate of goods in the store >80%;
5. There are no problems with honest operation of merchants, no fraudulent consumers or any other acts that harm consumers' rights and interests, no cheating, fraud or other means to obtain platform protection policies or other rights and interests, or any act that disrupts the business order of AliExpress platform;
6. Other conditions set by AliExpress platform for specific promotions.
Remarks: The requirements of the above-mentioned store "good comment rate", "good board dispute rate", "DSR description score" and "7-day Internet access rate" of the above stores are not fixed values. The platform has the right to make appropriate adjustments according to different categories, specific activities or the impact of force majeure events.
(II) Sellers without transaction records: AliExpress platform formulates specific seller access standards according to actual activity needs and commodity characteristics;
Article IISellers shall abide by national laws, regulations, policies and AliExpress rules in the promotion activities. They shall not be suspected of harming the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, AliExpress and any third party, or engage in any suspected violation of relevant laws and regulations, and cannot participate in platform marketing activities. 1. Serious infringement of intellectual property rights twice or more times;
2. Individual violations of intellectual property rights 18 points or above;
3. Prohibit sales restrictions and violate 18 points or more separately;

Article IIIIf the seller violates the law in the promotion, AliExpress platform has the right to prohibit or restrict the seller from participating in various activities of the platform according to the circumstances of the violation. If the circumstances are serious, AliExpress platform has the right to freeze, close or take other restrictive measures on the seller's account. The specific provisions are as follows:
