Please provide official Statement of local Post office , to you recieve your refund!
Online you can find thousands buyers regarding this issue.
The platform is taking advantage of this because they know the post offices refuse to make this in an official statement.
I personally had to do a lot of effort and provide evidence of fraud to be able recieving an email confirming the order was not delivered by them.
This even when i provide them with the name and address of the person where “they” delivered the registered parcel!!!
è When you repeatedly going to customer service, with your official statement , you still will not receive your refund!!

You can save yourself this trouble
The reason seems to be ... they simply have an agreement/contract for that.
