AliExpress's "Worry-free Consolidation Plan" Seller Rules

Worry-free Consolidation Plan is an AliExpress platform (domain AliExpress.com, "platform) operated by Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("AliExpress") and its affiliates, and Hangzhou Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. ("Rookie") for specific national markets. The plan aims to improve logistics timeliness and reduce the freight burden of platform sellers ("sellers" or "you") ("worry-free consolidation plan" or "plan") through big data computing and combined transportation methods. Among them, AliExpress provides technical services for filtering and transmitting relevant logistics order information, and Cainiao provides relevant logistics agreements according to your logistics services.
Worry-free Consolidation Program is suitable for orders that meet the requirements in all countries ("Confolidation Countries"), including Full Upgrade Mode and Full Free Shipping Mode. The models and specific requirements applicable to different cluster transport countries are set out inWorry-free Consolidation Plan Online Manual(Operational Rules") is determined.
Please read these rules and operating rules carefully and carefully. In particular, please note that in order to participate in this project, you should abide by the operational requirements in the operating rules, including but not limited to the shipping time limit and logistics online time, otherwise a fine may be imposed in addition to the logistics fee. In addition, you should pay special attention to the content marked in bold, underlined, etc., including but not limited to restrictions on your rights, exemptions or restrictions on AliExpress and rookies, and terms related to jurisdictional laws and jurisdictions.

Part I Acceptance Clause, Access and Withdrawal
1 Acceptance clause
1.1 These rules and operating rules are part of AliExpress platform rules (seller rules). These rules and operating rules are concluded by Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Express"), Hangzhou Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. ("Cookie") and sellers ("sellers" or "you") who use Worry-free concentration program services, and are binding on both parties.
1.2 By clicking "Agree" or otherwise actively using the Worry-free Consolidation Program service, you agree to accept these rules and all the terms and conditions of the operating rules. If you do not accept the terms and conditions under these rules and operating rules, please do not continue to participate in the plan or accept any services related to the plan.
1.3 Click "Agree" or otherwise apply for the opening and use of Worry-free Consolidation Plan for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern countries in the future, and you will agree to the AliExpress Oil Program COD Technical Service Opening Agreement" (link: https:// sell.aliexpress.com/zh/__pc/yAA0cNqQFM.htm). If you do not accept the AliExpress Oil Program COD Technical Service Opening Agreement, please do not continue to participate in the Worry-free Consolidation Plan or accept any related services for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other future Middle Eastern countries.
1.4 AliExpress can modify these rules and operation rules by publicizing the revised rules, including but not limited to changing the centralized transport country, changing the applicable model of the centralized transport country, modifying the applicable conditions, assessment time limit and assessment rules, and updating, adjusting and terminating worry-free centralized transportation plan services. The revised rules will take effect on the seventh day of the specified date or publicity, whichever is later. After that, if you continue to use the relevant services of the plan, you shall be deemed to accept the revised rules.
2 Access and exit
2.1 AliExpress will systematically screen goods that meet the requirements of this plan ("qualified goods") according to seller service indicators, store-wide or specific commodity information access rate, commodity categories and other standards. Sellers can check qualified goods in the seller's background (seller's backstage-store-worry-free centralized transportation plan). After checking any qualified goods, they are deemed to have signed up for this plan. Sellers know that registered goods may lose their eligibility because they no longer meet the requirements of logistics information Internet access rate and other standards. AliExpress will not notify the seller individually or separately.
2.2 Sellers may apply for withdrawal from the goods participating in this plan by canceling all qualified goods in the seller's background, but for goods sold before withdrawal, they shall still be handled in accordance with these rules.
2.3 Sellers may withdraw from the worry-free concentive transportation plan for specific countries by unchecking a specific country in the seller's background; if they withdraw from all countries, they are deemed to have withdrawn from this plan, but goods sold before withdrawal shall still be handled in accordance with these rules.
2.4 Sellers can apply to withdraw from the plan in the seller's background, but the seller may not be allowed to re-register for the plan within a certain period of time after withdrawal, which is stipulated in the operating rules.
Part II Full Upgrade Mode
If you choose to participate in the full upgrade model to the market of the country/region you participate in, then this section of the rules apply to you.
3 Full Escalation Mode Applicable Conditions
3.1 Commodity conditions. If the full upgrade mode is applied to the national/region market, and the rookie provides logistics service upgrades for the specific qualified goods registered by the seller, and the specific qualified goods shall meet all the following conditions ("upgraded goods"): 3.1.1 The specific qualified goods are transported by the seller through the designated logistics line ("full upgraded rookie logistics") ) to the concentration country/region; 3.1.2 The buyer located in the concentration country/region with multiple specific commodities that meet these rules uses the same concentration country/region address to place an order and consolidate the payment; and 3.1.3 The specific qualified goods are not energized goods, liquids, powders, etc. Special goods (such special goods are referred to as "special goods" for short, but "unior general goods") and do not belong to other AliExpress and rookies unilaterally determined that logistics upgrade services ("other non-upgraded goods") are not applicable due to their own characteristics. AliExpress and rookies have the right to unilaterally confirm other non-upgraded commodities through advanced system technology based on factors such as category, quantity, weight, value, volume and other factors of the goods.
3.2 Shipping conditions. In order to enjoy upgraded logistics services: 3.2.1 When generating logistics orders, sellers should accurately declare the type (common goods or special goods), quantity, volume and weight of the goods; and 3.2.2 Sellers shall ship the goods to the address specified by the rookie ("concentive warehouse") as soon as possible after the buyer completes the payment and the order is established. And ensure that the logistics information is connected to the Internet within the time limit stipulated in the operation rules; or 3.2.3 The seller fails to deliver the goods and realize the access to the logistics information within the time limit stipulated in the operating rules, but has paid the liquidated damages stipulated in Article 5.
4 Logistics upgrade service
4.1 Logistics upgrade services are realized by rookies through advanced system technology. Through logistics upgrade services, upgraded goods originally sent through surface mail and simple parcels will be delivered through better logistics routes. Among them, upgraded goods originally sent through surface mail parcels will obtain logistics tracking information throughout the process, and the logistics time limit will be greatly shortened; upgraders originally sent through simple parcels The time limit of product logistics will also be significantly shortened. Through logistics upgrade services, upgraded goods originally sent through worry-free standard and worry-free economic logistics will be merged and sent to buyers in the concentiverying countries.
4.2 The seller knows that when there is a logistics dispute over the upgraded goods, Cainiao will only be liable for compensation and provide services according to the standards of logistics services contained in the original logistics order.
4.3 In order to avoid ambiguity, the seller shall pay the logistics service according to the logistics service agreement signed separately with Cainiao.
4.4 To avoid ambiguity, buyers located in the centralized shipping country do not enjoy logistics upgrade services if they return upgraded goods due to refund, return or other reasons.
4.5 To avoid ambiguity, Worry-free standard parcels may be transported together with upgraded goods that enjoy logistics upgrade services, but it will not change the rookie and your worry-free logistics service agreement. 4.5 The seller knows and agrees that in order to improve the service experience and efficiency of Worry-free centralized logistics services, Cainiao has the right to change the outer packaging and combination allocation of the order package.
5 Cancellation of logistics upgrade services and liquidated damages
5.1 For general goods sent to the centralized warehouse in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, rookies will unilaterally determine whether the general goods are non-upgraded goods in accordance with the provisions of Article 3; if they are non-upgraded goods, the general goods will still be sent according to the original logistics order.
5.2 If the seller accurately declares the type of goods (ordinary goods or special goods), quantity, volume and weight of the goods to which the goods belong to when generating logistics orders, but sends ordinary goods and special goods to the centralized warehouse in the same package, the seller knows and agrees that: 1) rookies will unpack the package; 2) special goods will be ordered according to the original logistics order. The additional cost (if any) shall be borne by the seller if the line (i.e. special cargo flow) is sent; 3) If the general goods are upgraded goods, Cainiao will be sent according to the logistics upgrade services; or if the general goods are other non-upgraded goods, Cainiao will be sent according to the original logistics order.
5.3 If the seller incorrectly declares the type of goods (ordinary goods or special goods), quantity, volume or weight of the goods to which the goods belong to the time of generating logistics orders, or sends the undeclared goods to the centralized warehouse together with the correctly declared general goods, the seller knows and agrees that: 1) the rookie will unpack the package; 2) the rookie will unpack the special goods Send it according to the rookie special cargo flow channel, and the cost shall be borne by the seller; 3) If the general goods are upgraded goods, the rookies will send the upgraded goods according to the logistics upgrade service; or if the general goods belong to other non-upgraded goods, the rookie will send them according to their original logistics order.
5.4 If the seller fails to complete the logistics information online and delivers it to the centralized warehouse in a timely manner in accordance with Article 3.2, Cainiao has the right to collect liquidated damages ("default damages") from the seller for each logistics order. If the goods in the logistics order are upgraded goods, the seller can still enjoy logistics upgrade services after paying liquidated damages. Please refer to the operating rules for details of the standards of liquidated damages in different cluster shipping countries.
5.5 The seller is aware that in the above circumstances, Cainiao has the right to unilaterally decide to cancel the commodity logistics upgrade service. If you do not enjoy the logistics upgrade service, Cainiao will not charge liquidated damages.
Part III Full Free Shipping Mode
If you choose to participate in the full free shipping model in the country/region market, this section of the rules apply to you.
6 Conditions applicable to full free shipping mode
6.1 The seller accepts rookies to provide worry-free centralized logistics services for qualified goods registered. The seller should provide consumers in the centralized transportation country with a "full free shipping" commitment, that is, when the total order amount of qualified goods registered by the seller meets the conditions determined by the operation rules, the buyer does not need to pay the seller logistics service fee. As a clarification, if the order amount does not meet the threshold set by the operating rules, the buyer needs to pay the logistics fee.
6.2 In order to enjoy worry-free centralized logistics services, sellers should accurately declare the type of goods (ordinate goods or special goods), quantity, volume and weight of goods when generating logistics orders, and shall complete the online logistics information online within a specific time after the buyer completes payment, or at a specific time in accordance with these rules and operating rules. Send it to the designated address of the rookie ("concentive warehouse").
7 Worry-free centralized logistics services
7.1 Through worry-free centralized logistics services, goods that meet the requirements can be sent to the centralized transportation country through centralized transportation. Sellers can enjoy high-quality logistics services, logistics timeliness, and obtain full-process logistics tracking information. 7.2 If the seller uses worry-free centralized transportation logistics services, they shall sign another worry-free centralized transportation logistics service agreement or other logistics service agreements with Cainiao, and pay logistics fees in accordance with the above-mentioned logistics service agreement.
7.2 The seller knows and agrees that in order to improve the service experience and efficiency of Worry-free centralized logistics services, Cainiao has the right to change the outer packaging and combination allocation of the order package.
8 Cancellation of worry-free concentive transportation logistics services and liquidated damages
8.1 If the seller fails to complete the delivery to the centralized warehouse and the logistics information online in a timely manner in accordance with Article 6.2, Cainiao has the right to charge the seller a fixed amount of liquidated damages ("default damages") for each logistics order. After the seller pays liquidated damages, the default order can still enjoy worry-free centralized transportation logistics services. Liquidated damages for specific countries/regions of cluster transportation shall be stipulated in the operating rules. However, rookies reserve the right to cancel worry-free centralized transportation logistics services and return goods delivered overtime to the seller under the above circumstances; the freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the seller.
8.2 If the seller fails to complete the logistics information online for a long time in accordance with the operating rules, or arrives at the centralized warehouse, Cainiao has the right to cancel worry-free centralized logistics services, close logistics orders, and return goods delivered overtime to the seller; the freight incurred in the return shall be borne by the seller.
8.3 If the seller sends non-conforming goods to the centralized warehouse with the same package as qualified goods, or incorrectly declares the type of goods (ordinary goods or special goods), quantity, volume and weight of the goods to which the goods belong, or sends the undeclared goods to the centralized warehouse, the seller knows and agrees that: 1) rookies have the right to unpack the package; Or 2) Cainiao has the right to cancel the worry-free centralized logistics service and return all parcels to the seller, and the resulting freight shall be borne by the seller.
Part IV Upgrade Technical Services
9 Upgrade technical services
9.1 AliExpress provides upgrade technical services to sellers, including but not limited to screening qualified goods, other non-upgraded goods based on the system, and transferring order-related information to rookies ("order information"). The above order information includes but is not limited to the seller's shipping address, buyer's shipping address, payment time, specific goods, and the value and quantity of specific goods. For the purpose of logistics upgrade services, worry-free centralized logistics services and technical upgrade services, the seller authorizes AliExpress to transfer order information to rookies.
Part V Service Fees
10 service fee
10.1 For full upgrade mode, the seller does not need to pay a service fee to AliExpress for logistics upgrade and technology upgrade technology; except for liquidated damages generated under the specified circumstances, the seller does not need to pay additional service fees to rookies, but only according to the original logistics service fee. However, AliExpress and Cainiao reserve the right to charge fees by 7 days' notice in advance in the future.
10.2 For the full free shipping mode, the seller shall sign a separate service agreement with Cainiao for the Worry-free Consolidation Logistics Service and pay the Cainiao logistics service fee in accordance with the worry-free Consolidation Service Agreement. However, AliExpress and Cainiao reserve the right to charge fees by 7 days' notice in advance in the future.
Part VI Other
11 Disclaimer
11.1 AliExpress only provides upgrade technical services to sellers according to the current situation and availability status. The seller agreed to exempt AliExpress from liability for disputes arising from logistics upgrade services, worry-free centralized transportation services and other logistics services provided by Cainiao.
11.2 The seller is aware of and agrees that Cainiao shall only be liable for compensation and provide services according to the standards of logistics services contained in the original logistics order for disputes arising from logistics upgrade services and disputes arising from logistics services provided by Cainiao.
11.3 If the seller violates the provisions of the regulations of the Centralized Transportation National Laws on the Prohibition of Goods, or the rules of AliExpress Platform on the Prohibition of Sale, the seller agrees to assume the corresponding responsibilities and exempt AliExpress and Cainiao from liability.
12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall not apply their conflict-of-laws principle. Any disputes arising from these rules shall be settled in Hangzhou Internet Court.
