Definition: Count the buyers who have placed an order in the store, their country, order, payment, number of refunds, and amount.

 Note:

 [1] Only users with VIP1 annual fee and above can use it, and free/VIP1 monthly fee version users can view 6 lines of sample data are displayed by default, which is not true information! 

[2] Currently only supports Wish, AliExpress, eBay, Amazon! 

[3] You can check [Exclude my blacklisted users] . After checking, the blacklisted user information will not be displayed! 

[4] At present, the data is up to 90 days in history! 

[5] Support exporting reports, but exporting does not have the last order time, number of refund orders, and refund amount! 

Operation process:

 [Customer Service—Customer Management—Filter Condition—Click Save Rule—Custom Rule Name—OK—Then you can directly select Save Rule—View/Export Data] 

Note: ① Buyer account: display buyer id + recipient name 

          ② Last order time: take the order time displayed on the order list page
