Dear sellers,

Orders provide effective and timely logistics tracking information, which can improve the user's shopping experience and enhance their trust, greatly reduce the NR dispute filing rate and DSR seller service low score.

Commodity quality, logistics service and service response timeliness are the basic service capabilities that the platform pays attention to. In the future, the platform intends to use "5-day Internet access rate" as one of the indicators to measure the logistics service ability of merchants (you can log in to the seller's background - business staff - logistics overview - logistics timeliness, refer to the "5-day Internet access rate" indicator) .

 

[Assessment Indicators]

* 5-day Internet access index (the following are natural days):

Molecular: The number of orders that have been shipped in the past 30 days and (logistics online time-payment success (risk control audit) time is less than or equal to 5 days;

Ø Denominator: the number of orders successfully paid in the past 30 days (successful risk control review) - the number of successful cancellations/over-order cancellations);

Note: The statistical time is all natural days. Considering the feedback delay of logistics online time, 5 days will be reserved. For example, the data on January 8th is counted by the data of 30 days on January 1. The statistics of the National Day and Spring Festival holidays have been postponed, and the statistics will not be counted in 5 days. 5-day Internet access rate assessment of merchants' 5-day online access in the past 30 days of orders is not related to the service score assessment time.


 

[Scope of assessment]

Except for the non-examination scenarios listed below, all other orders will be assessed for 5-day Internet access rate indicators.

Ø Overseas warehouse orders will not be assessed for the time being, and the platform's separate policy will be followed;

Custom Category: Delivery Period > 7-day Orders Are Not Assessed For The Time Being;

Ø Special category price difference link is not assessed;

Ø If there is no online logistics solution for special goods (such as large items, liquid powder, etc.), the seller will not be assessed through customized delivery orders for the time being. The platform will cooperate with rookie to expand and dock special commodity lines and logistics information, and launch another assessment plan according to line expansion and data docking;

Ø Other platforms decide on scenarios that are not assessed for a long time or temporarily according to the situation.


 

[ASSESSMENT METHOD]

Ø Indicators are included in the merchant growth model, which affects the growth ability score of merchants. If the seller's 5-day Internet access rate >=90%, it is regarded as acceptable; if the seller's 5-day Internet access rate is less than 80%, attention should be paid to improving; if the seller's 5-day Internet access rate is less than 60%, it may face measures including but not limited to search downgrade, deduction of points and even temporary freezing of stores.

Ø For merchants/commodities with excellent delivery timeliness, the platform will have a series of incentive policies for specific reference

Ø Sellers whose 5-day Internet access index is significantly lower than the average level of stores in the same industry for many consecutive days and have not improved for a long time may even face penalties including but not limited to freezing stores for 7 days.

Ø The Internet rate index will be used in search sorting, gold and silver medal access, marketing registration and other scenarios in the future. Excellent sellers with Internet access rate have more opportunities to get gold and silver medal access and marketing registration first.

 

 

* Based on the above rule adjustment (Draft for Comments), we recommend that you:

1. Deliver the order you received as soon as possible. Provide logistics tracking information of orders to improve customer satisfaction.

2. Please use a logistics carrier that can provide a valid order number and deliver quickly. It is recommended that you use the platform's online delivery to protect the consumer experience.
