We are committed to making AliExpress the preferred platform for overseas buyers to shop across borders. When placing an order according to the buyer, it is the seller's basic obligation to deliver goods strictly in accordance with the promised price, time-sensitive logistics services and commodity quality. However, the platform found that some sellers did not deliver a large number of goods in time due to their own reasons, resulting in the closure of delivery time-out orders, thus causing a very bad experience for buyers and causing many disputes and complaints. In order to maintain the healthy and orderly market order of the platform and improve the shopping experience of buyers on the platform, these rules are hereby formulated.
Definition of "no sale": refers to the buyer's failure to deliver the goods according to the order after the buyer pays for the order. The above overdue refers to the failure to upload the waybill number before the seller's delivery time limit.
Classification:
According to the seriousness of the transaction, the non-sale behavior is divided into general violations, serious violations and especially serious violations.
Serious violations of non-sale transactions include but are not limited to the following situations. Particularly serious circumstances constitute particularly serious violations of non-sale transactions:
