1. Customized categories cannot achieve 5-day Internet access;
Customized attribute category, the platform has opened the delivery period to set >7 days, for the delivery period to set > 7 days for orders, the platform will not assess 7 days of surfing the Internet for the time being;
* Custom attribute categories (such as customized suits, glasses, wedding dresses, Cosplay clothing, etc.), if the seller can set the delivery period > 7 days, it means that the category is a customized category defined by the platform;
2. Logistics information problems;
In addition to the information of the rookie platform, the platform will also grab the information reference of other logistics official websites for reference. Please know the seller;
3. The 5-day Internet access cannot be achieved without inventory scenario;
It is recommended that the seller replenish the goods in time according to the flow and conversion of goods to avoid affecting your 5-day online time limit due to problems such as goods procurement;
4. The package is not within the collection range and cannot be accessed in time.

Ø Indicators are included in the merchant growth model, which affects the growth ability score of merchants. If the seller's 5-day Internet access rate >=90%, it is deemed acceptable; if the seller's 5-day Internet access rate is less than 80%, attention should be paid to improving;
Ø For merchants/commodities with excellent delivery timeliness, the platform will have a series of incentive policies for specific reference
Ø Whether the order meets the requirements of "5-day Internet access" will be included in the criteria for determining whether the order is delayed. If the delivery is delayed too many times or the circumstances are serious, it will be punished by the platform.
Assessment period: 30 calendar days. If your 5-day Internet access index is significantly lower than the average level of stores in the same industry after the expiration of the assessment, the platform will punish you, including but not limited to search reduction and 2-point deduction penalties.
Ø In the future, the online timeliness indicators of merchant store orders will be more used in search sorting, gold and silver medal access, marketing registration and other scenarios.
