Introduction to Order lending

• In order to ensure the safety of AliExpress transactions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of buyers and sellers, AliExpress and its affiliates decide the corresponding lending time and lending rules in accordance with the platform rules and these rules when meeting the prescribed conditions.

  I. Time of lending

  1) Ordinary lending: Generally speaking, AliExpress will lend to the seller after the transaction is completed and the buyer has no reason to return the protection period expires, that is, after the buyer confirms receipt or the system automatically confirms receipt plus 15 calendar days (or other periods for the platform updates and announces effective time).

  2) Early lending: AliExpress can decide to advance the advance loan ("early lending") before the end of the transaction for some orders according to the comprehensive evaluation of the seller's business situation and credit (such as operating duration, praise rate, rejection rate, refund rate, etc.) according to the comprehensive evaluation of the seller's business situation and credit (such as operating hours, praise rate, refund rate, etc.). Early lending is carried out within a certain period after delivery, usually 5-7 days, and the fastest lending time is 3-5 days after delivery;

  3) If the seller's account is withdrawn or actively closed, the platform lends money 180 days after the order is shipped for transactions before the account is cleared or closed.

  4) If AliExpress believes that the seller has fraud, infringement, etc. in accordance with laws and regulations, mutual agreements or reasonable judgment, AliExpress has the right to delay the lending cycle according to the specific situation, process the order payment, or freeze the relevant funds until the basis is eliminated.

  III. How to check whether the order is loaned

  Method 1: You can view the recent inflow and outflow of funds on the "Transaction-Capital Account-Alipay International Account-Billing" page;
