    AliExpress has not supported complaints for violations of sales restrictions. In order to further improve the business experience of merchants, the platform opens the appeal function for violations of sales restrictions.

    II. System upgrade completion time

    III. Coverage

    Most of the new sales bans and restrictions arising from the system upgrade will support appeals, except for the following special scenarios.
    Appeals are not supported in the following special sales ban scenarios:
    1. Due to the violations caused by the report, the system process is different, and the auditor of the platform has manually reviewed it at the time of the reported establishment, so the appeal is not supported.
    2. Historical cases arising before the system upgrade do not support appeals.
    3. If the goods are returned but can be edited, the merchant can re-edit the submission of the goods, so the appeal function is not provided. For example, if there is a problem with the customs export statement of medical masks, the goods will be returned. In the "goods that fail to pass the review", the corresponding product has an "edit" button, which can be re-edited and submitted.

    · There is a new sales ban and restriction violation arising after the system upgrade, and each violation record will have a chance to appeal.

    1. Initiate a complaint
    The seller clicks on the violation in the background - my punishment, and clicks "View Details" of the punishment.

    After clicking, the penalty details are as follows. If the seller is sure that he needs to appeal, click "I want to appeal".

    2. Fill in/upload the appeal voucher and submit the appeal
    After clicking "I want to appeal", the interface is displayed as follows. The seller needs to fill in the appeal instructions (this item is required, and the optional annotated on the interface is ignored. Failure to fill in will lead to unsuccessful submission). If there is a certificate, upload the voucher. Finally, click Submit Appeal.

    3. Waiting for the result of the appeal
    After submitting the appeal, the interface shows that it is under review, as shown in the figure below. Generally, the results can be achieved within 2 working days.

    4. Get the result of the appeal
    At present, the website does not have a reminder function for appeal results. The appeal results need to be clicked to enter the page to view. If the appeal is successful, it will show the figure below, and the unsuccessful results show similar.

    Answer: There is no limit to this. If the product is confirmed to violate the prohibition and restriction rules, then your complaint will not be established. It is suggested that you can give up. If you think the product does not violate the prohibition and restriction rules, then you can initiate a complaint and provide your reasons and corresponding attachments (such as screenshots, materials, etc.)
