Publicity of changes to 《Rules for Handling Unauthorized Use of A Third Party's Information》

The platform found that some users' store pages and published products falsely use other people's information, which seriously infringed on other people's rights and interests, interfered with buyers' choice and damaged the image of the platform. The platform is committed to the principle of users' honest management and actively maintains the orderly market order of the platform. Based on this background, the platform has adjusted the punishment rules for improper use of A Third Party's information processing rules, and the original acceptance scenes and judgment standards remain unchanged.
This rule change will be publicized from February 9, 2022, and will take effect from February 16, 2022. For specific rules, please refer to the rules for 《Rules for Handling Unauthorized Use of A Third Party's Information》。

Penalty rules
The punishment rules for all complaint scenarios are the same.
Different penalty points will be deducted according to the first or non first complaint and whether the complained party cooperates with the rectification.
The first complaint is established: No points will be deducted if the complained party cooperates with the rectification, and 2 points will be deducted if it does not cooperate with the rectification
The second and above complaints are established: 6 points will be deducted each time
As long as the complaint is established, the products involved will be deleted.
Distinguish different complaint scenes and punish them according to the severity of the complaint scene, regardless of whether the complained party cooperates with the rectification and whether the complaint is established for the first time. As follows:
Unauthorized use of a third party’s company name:Deducting 2 points
Unauthorized use of a third party’s contact information:Deducting 2 points
Unauthorized use of a third party’s certificate:Deducting 12 points
Unauthorized publishing of a third party’s office photo:Deducting 12 points
As long as the complaint is established, the products involved will be deleted.
