article 1 in order to maintain an orderly, healthy and fair market environment for aliexpress platform, standardize the performance of overseas warehouse sellers' services, enhance consumer experience, and promote more trading opportunities, aliexpress platform has specially formulated these "rules for the use of overseas warehouse time-sensitive marks" (these "rules"). the aliexpress platform has the right to uniformly manage the shipment and performance of sellers through overseas warehouses in accordance with these rules.
"overseas warehouse" as used in these rules refers to a warehouse located in a country other than china operated by an independent logistics supplier or owned and operated by the seller, providing preparation, warehousing, and tail delivery to consumers for aliexpress platform sellers, including: cainiao official warehouse, cainiao certification warehouse, merchant warehouse (i.e. tripartite warehouse), etc.
FOR CLARIFICATION, THE ALIEXPRESS PLATFORM IS NOT A PARTY TO THE TRANSACTION BETWEEN THE ALIEXPRESS SELLER AND THE OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE SERVICE PROVIDER, IS NOT A PROVIDER OF WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES, AND DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE, OR PROVIDE ANY RELATED SERVICES TO THE ALIEXPRESS SELLER. THE ALIEXPRESS PLATFORM, SOLELY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES, AND THE "X RITA" TECHNICAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE SELLER'S OFFICIAL CAINIAO WAREHOUSE, AND/OR THE "COMMITMENT" TECHNICAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "X RIDA" AGREEMENT), IS ONLY TO PROVIDE THE SELLER WITH THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF THE PROMISED LOGISTICS TIMELINESS (I.E., WITHIN X BUSINESS DELIVERY) TO CONSUMERS.
FOR CLARIFICATION, MERCHANTS WHO SIGN THE X-DAYDRE AGREEMENT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE X-DAYDREAM PROGRAMS MUST HAVE BOTH THEIR STORES AND GOODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THESE RULES.
Article 2 Subject to the "X Day Delivery" agreement, overseas warehouse sellers will enjoy the following rights and interests:
1. SELLERS WHO COMPLY WITH ARTICLES 2 AND 3 OF THESE RULES WILL ENJOY THE RIGHT TO ENJOY THE OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE COMMODITY LOGO (X-IDA LOGO) ON THE HOMEPAGE OF THE STORE.
2. THE PLATFORM WILL HOLD MARKETING ACTIVITIES FROM TIME TO TIME, DEPENDING ON THE QUALITY OF THE PERFORMANCE OF GOODS AND SERVICES, AND ACCORDING TO THE PROMISED DELIVERY TIME, THE PLATFORM WILL RECOMMEND RELEVANT PRODUCTS. AMONG THE PRODUCTS WITH THE "X-DAY DELIVERY" LOGO, THE SHORTER THE COMMITMENT OR DISPLAY AND THE HIGHER THE HISTORICAL FULFILLMENT LOGISTICS TIMELINESS COMPLIANCE RATE, THE RIGHT TO PREFERENTIALLY ENJOY INCREMENTAL EXPOSURE AND BE SELECTED IN MARKETING ACTIVITIES.
the aliexpress platform does not guarantee the effect of incremental exposure, and the display method, recommendation algorithm and standard of incremental exposure are unilaterally determined by aliexpress. these terms do not constitute a commitment of aliexpress to the seller, and the specific rights and interests that the seller is entitled to are subject to the specific marketing campaign rules.
Article 3 Subject to the "X Day Delivery" agreement, the seller's level of performance of goods and services shall follow the following conditions in order to obtain the overseas warehouse commodity logo (X Day Delivery logo) to reveal the rights and interests. If the seller's level of performance of goods and services does not comply with all the following terms and conditions, or there is a violation of the aliexpress platform rules and/or agreements, including but not limited to articles 3, 4 and 5 of this article, aliexpress has the right to downgrade, cancel, suspend, suspend, terminate all or part of the "overseas warehouse time limit mark", "X-day" logo, and/or related marketing resources, rights and interests, etc., and other restrictive measures.

2. OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE GOODS USING THREE-PARTY DISTRIBUTION ROUTES CAN APPLY FOR COMMITMENT TO REACH THE PROJECT, MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT, AND WILL REVEAL THE X-DAY DELIVERY PRODUCT LOGO

article 4 sellers who use overseas warehouses for delivery will enjoy the following logistics protection measures on the aliexpress platform:
1. THE TRANSACTION ORDER THAT ADOPTS CAINIAO'S OFFICIAL WAREHOUSE AND SHIPS THROUGH CAINIAO LINE PRODUCES "DSR LOGISTICS SERVICE 1,2,3 POINTS" AND "DISPUTE INITIATION", "ARBITRATION INITIATION" AND "SELLER LIABILITY AWARD RATE" CAUSED BY LOGISTICS REASONS, AND THE PLATFORM EXEMPTS THE 4 INDICATORS OF THE ORDER (THAT IS, IT IS NOT RECORDED IN THE EVALUATION OF THE RELEVANT PLATFORM)
the "logistics reasons" mentioned in these terms and conditions include, but are not limited to, the following cases, which are subject to the final reasons initiated by consumers and supplemented by customer service manual determination: warehouse operation reasons and delays in tail delivery, loss, damage to items, delay in uploading the tracking number of the waybill, and "incorrect delivery address, but the seller fills in the correct" and other bad experiences.
2. logistics protection measures are not enjoyed in the following cases:
(1) the seller of the official warehouse of cainiao, the goods have not yet arrived at the official warehouse of cainiao, or although they have arrived at the official warehouse of cainiao, they have not completed the inventory of the cainiao system;
(2) wrong shipment of goods caused by the seller's own reasons, including but not limited to incorrect matching of goods sold on the aliexpress platform and goods in cainiao's official warehouse, or other sellers' mistaken issuance of shipping instructions to cainiao's official warehouse service provider;
(3) the goods are not in perfect and new condition when they arrive at the official warehouse of cainiao;
(4) after receiving the goods, the buyer requests to return it due to product quality or other problems unrelated to logistics (such as "the item is seriously inconsistent with the description";
(5) the actual volume or weight of the goods exceeds the size limit of the tail delivery service;
(6) the seller sells goods prohibited by applicable national laws and regulations, aliexpress platform rules, and applicable logistics service provider rules, and prohibits or restricts the import and export of goods, prohibits and restricts the transportation of goods, and goods that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and the goods are confiscated and destroyed by law enforcement agencies, and/or the logistics time limit is extended.
article 5 the seller shall uphold the business philosophy of good faith, abide by the national laws, regulations, policies and aliexpress rules, and shall not be suspected of seriously harming the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, aliexpress and any third party, or engaging in any behavior suspected of violating relevant laws and regulations, and shall not violate the "aliexpress platform rules (seller rules)" and these rules, including but not limited to constituting false delivery, non-sale transactions, disrupting the order of the platform, etc.
aliexpress platform has the right to take restrictive measures against sellers and related products according to the severity of the seller's illegal or illegal behavior, including but not limited to blocking product identification, closing orders, removing online products, restricting product listing permissions, deducting points, and closing accounts.
aliexpress will focus on the governance and regulation of false delivery, non-sale of transactions, and disruption of the order of the platform in the process of using overseas warehouse time-sensitive technical services:
1. false delivery
(1) during the prescribed delivery period, the shipping order number filled in by the seller is invalid or although valid, it is obviously unrelated to the order transaction, misleading the buyer or the aliexpress platform.
(2) the seller declares the delivery (that is, completes the "fill in the delivery notice"), but there is no logistics collection and delivery information for a long time or the waybill is cancelled overtime.
(3) the seller does not choose the logistics delivery method in accordance with the provisions of the platform logistics policy, such as: illegal use of offline economic logistics delivery, or use economic logistics to impersonate standard and fast logistics. it is recommended to prefer a traceable logistics method.
(4) the actual place of origin of the overseas warehouse order is inconsistent with the place of origin selected by the buyer when placing the order, and the seller claims that the overseas warehouse has inventory, but it is actually shipped directly from china, impersonating overseas delivery.

2. the transaction is not sold
after the buyer pays for the order, the seller fails to ship the order after the order is overdue. overdue refers to failure to upload a waybill number before the seller's shipping timeout period.
it is recommended to update overseas warehouse storage in a timely manner to avoid selling more than the actual and real inventory. please note that if the goods are shipped through the official warehouse of cainiao, but the system has not yet been listed, the seller will sell such inventory, which is also an oversold behavior.

3. seriously disrupt the order of the platform
in order to maintain the healthy and orderly market order of the platform, stop the behavior that seriously disrupts the order of the platform, and improve the user experience of members, these rules are specially formulated. serious disruption of platform order refers to acts that interfere with platform management, seriously disrupt platform order, and harm the lawful rights and interests of other users or platforms. including but not limited to the following situations:
(1) malicious circumvention of platform rules or regulatory measures;
(2) interference with the normal transactions of other users through malicious violations and other means;
(3) acts that bring serious adverse experiences to the buyer's shopping process and adversely affect the business environment of the aliexpress platform;
(4) other acts that seriously disrupt the order of the platform.
