 Article 1 In order to maintain an orderly, healthy and fair market environment for AliExpress platforms, standardize the service performance behavior of overseas warehouse sellers, improve the consumer experience, and promote more trading opportunities, AliExpress platform specially formulates this Rules for the Use of Overseas Warehouse Time Limitation Marks (these "Rules"). AliExpress has the right to uniformly manage the delivery and performance of sellers through overseas warehouses in accordance with these rules.

"Overseas warehouse" as mentioned in these rules refers to warehouses operated by independent logistics suppliers or owned and operated by sellers in countries other than China, providing stocking, warehousing and tail-of-range delivery to consumers for AliExpress platform sellers, including: rookie official warehouses, rookie certification warehouses, merchant warehouses (i.e. tripartite warehouses), etc.

In order to clarify, AliExpress platform is not a party to the transaction between AliExpress sellers and overseas warehouse service providers, nor is it a provider of warehousing and logistics services. It does not participate in the construction and operation of overseas warehouses, or provides any related services to AliExpress sellers. AliExpress platform, in accordance with these rules, and the seller's rookie official warehouse "X Rida" technical service agreement and/or "commitment" technical service agreement (colonally known as "X Rida" agreement), only provides the seller with a promised logistics time limit (i.e., delivery within X working days) to transmit overseas warehouse goods to consumers. Technical services.

In order to clarify that merchants who sign the X-Dayda Agreement or participate in any X-Dayda program, their stores and goods shall also meet the requirements of these rules.

Article 2 Subject to the "X Rida" agreement, overseas warehouse sellers will enjoy the following rights and interests:

1. Sellers who comply with Articles 2 and 3 of these Rules will enjoy the right to enjoy the overseas warehouse commodity logo (X Rida logo) on the homepage of the store.

2. The platform will hold marketing activities from time to time, depending on the quality of commodity service performance, and according to the promised delivery time limit, the platform will recommend relevant goods. Among the goods with the "X Rida" logo, the shorter the time limit for commitment or display and the higher the time limit of historical performance logistics, the right to enjoy incremental exposure first and be selected in marketing activities.

AliExpress platform does not guarantee the effect of incremental exposure. The display method, recommendation algorithm and standard of incremental exposure are determined unilaterally by AliExpress. These terms do not constitute AliExpress's commitment to sellers. The specific rights and interests that sellers are entitled to are subject to the specific marketing activities rules.

Article 3 Subject to the "X Rida" agreement, the seller's commodity service performance level shall follow the following conditions to obtain the rights and interests of overseas warehouse commodity logo (X Rida logo). If the seller's performance level of goods and services does not follow all the following terms and conditions, or there is a violation of AliExpress platform rules and/or agreements, including but not limited to Articles 3, 4 and 5, AliExpress has the right to downgrade, cancel, suspend, suspend or terminate all or part of the "Overseas Warehouse Time Limitation Mark" , "X Rida" logo, and/or related marketing resources, rights and interests, and other restrictive measures.

1. The official warehouse distribution line of stocking is the goods of X-daya line, and the X-day product logo is revealed in real time.

2. Overseas warehouse goods using three-party distribution lines can apply for commitment projects to meet the requirements of the project, and the X-day delivery commodity logo will be revealed.


(Note: This assessment rule does not include Russian overseas warehouse X-day orders for the time being. Russian overseas warehouse X Rida order assessment according to the platform follow-up notice)

Article 4 Sellers who use overseas warehouse delivery will enjoy the following logistics protection measures of AliExpress platform:

1. Transaction orders that use rookie official warehouses and deliver through rookies routes generate "DSR logistics services 1, 2, 3 points" and "dispute filing", "arbitration filing" and "seller liability adjudication rate" caused by logistics reasons. The platform exempts these four indicators of the order (that is, not recorded in the relevant platform). Evaluation)

The "logistics reasons" mentioned in this clause include but are not limited to the following situations, and shall be subject to the final reasons initiated by the customer service manual judgment: the reason for warehouse operation and delays, loss, damage to items, delay in the uploading of the waybill tracking number, and bad experiences such as "wrong delivery address, but the seller fills in correctly" .

 

2. Logistics protection measures are not available in the following situations:

1 Enter the rookie official warehouse seller, the goods have not yet arrived at the rookie official warehouse, or although they have arrived at the rookie official warehouse, the rookie system inventory has not been completed on the shelves;

2 Misdelivery of goods caused by the seller's own reasons, including but not limited to mismatching of goods sold on the AliExpress platform and goods in the rookie official warehouse, or other sellers wrongly issuing delivery instructions to rookie official warehouse service providers;

3 The goods are not intact and brand-new when they arrive at the rookie's official warehouse;

4 After receiving the goods, the buyer requests to return due to product quality or other problems unrelated to logistics (such as "serious inconsistency between the items and descriptions", etc.);

5. The actual volume or weight of the goods exceeds the size limit of the tail delivery service;

6 Sellers sell goods prohibited from selling restricted goods according to national laws and regulations, AliExpress platform rules and applicable logistics service provider rules, goods that are prohibited or restricted from import and export, prohibited goods, and goods that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others are confiscated and destroyed by law enforcement agencies, and/or the logistics limitation period is extended.

 

Article 5 Sellers shall adhere to the concept of good faith, abide by national laws, regulations, policies and AliExpress rules, and shall not be suspected of seriously harming the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, AliExpress and any third parties, or engage in any suspected violation of relevant laws and regulations, and shall not violate the Rules of AliExpress Platform (sellers) Rules), these rules, including but not limited to, constitute false delivery, non-sale transactions, disturbing the order of the platform, etc.

AliExpress has the right to take restrictive measures against sellers and related goods according to the seriousness of the seller's violations of laws or regulations, including but not limited to blocking commodity logos, closing orders, removing online goods from shelves, restricting the right to publish goods, deducting points, and closing accounts.

AliExpress will focus on governance and standardization of false delivery, non-sale transactions and disruption of platform order by sellers in the process of using overseas warehouse time-sensitive transmission technology services:

1. False delivery

1 During the specified delivery period, the freighter number filled in by the seller is invalid or valid but obviously has nothing to do with the order transaction, misleading the buyer or AliExpress platform.

2 The seller declares the delivery (i.e. completes the "Fill in the Shipment Notice"), but there is no logistics collection and delivery information for a long time or the waybill is cancelled over time.

3 The seller fails to choose the logistics delivery method in accordance with the provisions of the platform logistics policy, such as illegal use of offline economic logistics to deliver goods, or use economic logistics to impersonate standard and fast logistics. It is recommended to give priority to tracking logistics methods.

4 The actual delivery place of overseas warehouse orders is inconsistent with the delivery place selected by the buyer when placing the order. The seller claims that the overseas warehouse has inventory, but the actual delivery is directly from China, impersonating overseas delivery.

2. Don't sell it if you close the transaction

After the buyer pays for the order, the seller fails to deliver the goods according to the order after the order is paid. Overdue refers to not uploading the waybill number before the seller's delivery time limit.

It is recommended to update overseas warehouses in time to avoid exceeding actual and real inventory sales. Please note that if the goods are shipped through the rookie official warehouse, if the goods arrive in the rookie official warehouse, but the system has not been completed and put on the shelves, the seller will also sell such inventory, which is also an oversold behavior.

Note: The seller is unable to perform due to some force majeure factors (such as earthquakes, floods), etc. If the situation is true, the platform will deal with it specially according to the situation.

3. Seriously disturb the order of the platform

In order to maintain the healthy and orderly market order of the platform, stop behaviors that seriously disrupt the order of the platform, and improve the user experience of members, these rules are formulated. Seriously disrupting the order of the platform refers to the act of interfering with the management of the platform, seriously disturbing the order of the platform, and damaging the legitimate rights and interests of other users or platforms. Including but not limited to the following situations:

(1) Malicious circumvention of platform rules or regulatory measures;

(2) Interfering with the normal transactions of other users through malicious violations;

(3) It brings a serious bad experience to the buyer's shopping process and has a bad impact on the business environment of AliExpress platform;

(4) Other acts that seriously disrupt the order of the platform.
