I. Rules for selecting gold medal merchants:
1. Gold medal rights and interests
1) Exclusive docking: Exclusive docking of platform business personnel, providing guidance and support for the whole region of store operation, including but not limited to development strategy and goods planning guidance, VIP channel problem solving;
2) Growth and cultivation: you can get VIP offline co-creation courses and directional operation method guidance;

2.1 Sellers shall abide by national laws, regulations, policies and AliExpress rules. They shall not be suspected of harming the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, AliExpress and any third parties, or engage in any suspected violation of relevant laws and regulations. If the AliExpress platform finds or reasonably suspects that the seller has violated the circumstances, it shall have the right to decide at its own discretion. It is determined to implement permission for illegal merchants. The above types of violations include, but are not limited to:
1) Serious infringement of intellectual property rights twice or more;
2) Individual intellectual property violations of 18 points and above;
3) It is prohibited to restrict sales of 18 points or more;
4) Total deduction of 24 points and above for transaction violations;
5) Violations of honest operation; fraud of consumers or any other acts that harm the rights and interests of consumers; acts of gaining platform protection policies or other rights and interests through cheating, fraud, etc.; acts that disrupt the business order of the AliExpress platform.
6) Other violations of AliExpress platform rules.
2.2 The seller has a transaction record on the AliExpress platform for nearly 90 days and meets at least the following conditions:
1) The type of brand store requires that it be a non-ordinary store, which can be an official store, franchise store or specialty store;
2) The transaction scale is at the excellent level of the industry;
3) The level of comprehensive operational capability is "advanced" or "high potential";
4) Store DSR (commodity description/logistics service/seller service) is at the excellent level of its industry;
5) The dispute rate of the wrong version of the store is at the excellent level of the industry;
6) The store's praise rate is at the excellent level of its industry, and the service score is above;
7) The store Internet access rate and IM 24-hour response rate are at the excellent level of their industry;

1. Access/promotion mode and cycle of gold and silver merchants:
Gold merchants and silver merchants (except for good sellers in China) do not need to apply independently. The platforms in the months after the end of each natural quarter (January, April, July and October) will decide whether to be promoted according to the results of the merchant's business situation and the satisfaction of relevant access conditions.
