AliExpress Product Release and Management Operation Guide
Product release and management are high-frequency operations of merchants. Product release and corresponding details are closely related to product conversion and transaction. Please follow the guidelines below.
Product release path: Go to the product release page from [Seller Backstage--Product Management--Release Products]. The following are the specific release steps:
1. Select the release language, fill in the product title and the corresponding category
1.1 Select the operation prompt language of the current page. Note that this has nothing to do with the product release language, only the display language of the release page.
1.2 Select the release language , here refers to the language in which the product is released to the buyer's front desk, including the title and product details, and supports 17 languages
1.3 Category selection , the system recommends possible categories according to the title, you can also manually select (mark 5), or you can select the most recently used 10 categories for quick selection (mark 6)
1.4 If you choose to set the title in multiple languages , the system provides the function of automatic translation, and the product automatically adapts to different languages in different countries. You can modify and optimize the translation content here. Once you edit too many languages, a globe sign will appear to remind you
2. Fill in the basic information of the product
Fill in the basic information of the product, including pictures, main picture video, product attributes, etc. Note:
2.1 Uploading pictures can be retrieved from the picture bank or re-uploaded. The old picture bank uploads pictures in the new post as "photo bank", and the old picture bank is retrieved; the newly uploaded pictures are stored in "all pictures".
2.2 "Marketing main image (displayed only in the apparel industry)", optional, it should be used in the search or recommendation list. In the case of uploading, the marketing main image will be displayed. If it is not uploaded, the first main image of the product image will be displayed by default. 2.3 "Main image video" is not required. If uploaded, it will be displayed in the main image area of the product. It is recommended to upload a product video to improve user conversion (the video in the basic information will not be displayed in the detailed description)
3. Edit product price and inventory
3.1 If you can choose "support daily promotion price" , the front desk will display the retail price (line price) and the promotion price (normal price);
Set the price. When setting the price of multi-SKU products, first fill in the price and inventory information in the title bar, and click "Batch Fill", then all SKU prices will be filled. You can also select some SKUs for "bulk filling"
3.2 Support regional pricing , select the additional pricing region, select "Price Adjustment Method", and perform multi-SKU price setting. The batch setting method is the same as above.
3.3 Select the size table , it is recommended to create it according to the recommended size, if the current template cannot meet, you can create a new size table.
Note: After the version is switched, the previous size table does not support modification, you need to re-download the size table and upload it to replace the previously uploaded one;
3.4 Support batch setting of wholesale price.
4. Detailed description: decoration through modularization (support batch upload of pictures, product information modules can be added normally, please refer to the following introduction for details)
Detailed description can be decorated with 2 templates
a. Industry customization, under the category of industry templates, you can refer to the selection template for editing, and open the editor after selecting the template;
b. If there is no industry template category or you want to decorate by yourself, you can open the blank template and drag and drop modules on the new template to decorate by yourself.
4.1 For new products, in the decoration module, drag and drop the corresponding template, and then edit the image and text. A total of four decoration modules are provided: graphics, pictures, videos, and texts. The maximum usage and number of used modules for each module: eg, graphics and text 5/15, where 5 represents the used volume and 15 represents the maximum usage.
4.2 For the editing of old products, directly open the new version of the detailed description editor, and the online data will be directly compatible with a rich text module, which can be edited on the basis of the original version.
4.3 The original product information module can be filtered in the new editor; the specific operations are as follows, click the drop-down of all modules, select my module, then enter the original product information module
4.4 Recommended wireless detailed description of decoration, which can be synchronized to PC detailed description, the steps are as follows: set wireless terminal detailed description → click save → click PC icon to enter PC interface - click to synchronize wireless detailed description (refer to directly edit wireless detailed description for new products scan, and then click to sync to the pc.)
4.5 Support inserting another product link in the detailed picture for affiliate marketing.
5. Set the packaging and logistics information: fill in the delivery date, logistics weight, size, freight template, service template and other related content.
6. After completing other settings, click "Submit" to complete the business release.
Please note: After the product is released, it will not be displayed at the front desk immediately. There is a review time of 1-3 working days. After the review, the product will be automatically displayed at the front desk.
