If you have become a registered user of our platform before the entry into force of this agreement, you will be deemed to agree to accept all the content of this agreement by accessing and/or using our platform website. Otherwise, please do not visit or use our platform website.

1. General Provisions

Users should carefully read this service agreement before using the services provided by Black Forest Transshipment. If the user does not agree with this service agreement, he or she can actively cancel the services provided by Black Forest Transshipment. 2. Registration information and privacy protection

You confirm that before you start using/registering the services of our platform, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

If you do not have the above-mentioned civil capacity suitable for your behavior, you should obtain the informed consent of the guardian, and you and your guardian shall bear the corresponding liability in accordance with the law. In particular, if you are a minor, please visit and/or use our platform website with the consent and guidance of your guardian.

1. Users shall not lend, transfer, buy, sell, mortgage, etc. of membership;

4. Our platform services and specifications
4.1 Basic Rules of the Platform

2. Our company has announced the relocation of the warehouse in February 2019. The possible situations of parcels still sent to the old warehouse from June 26, 2019 are:

(1) The package is automatically forwarded to the new warehouse by DHL, and DHL will charge euros per package, which shall be borne by the consignor;

(2) The package was returned to the seller by the courier;

(3) The package was signed for by the old warehouse, and the status is unknown (the old warehouse will be rented to other companies from next month);

Since we have left Weimar, we can't control or choose the above situations. Please be sure not to send the goods to the Weimar warehouse address!

3. Special goods rejection instructions:

(1) Denia parcels ordered by Amazon gift cards purchased on Taobao are put into warehouse. If we find them, we will refuse to accept them. If we find that after entering the warehouse, we will notify you to return or forward them to other companies in Germany. We do not provide services for such packages to Hong Kong.

(2) Due to the delivery quality problems of several merchants such as eBay, our company will stop the subsequent receiving, storage and packaging services for second-hand goods, lamps, chairs, used equipment and other products. Please do not deliver goods to our warehouse. If the goods continue to be delivered, our company will not obliged to deal with subsequent problems, and we have the right to recover the warehouse. Storage cost; If you have the above goods in the warehouse, please submit the goods as soon as possible. It really requires a large amount of manpower and consumables packaging costs. Our company will charge additional processing fees according to the actual situation. This explanation will be announced from February 2019. The warehouse will be moved in early June 2019. Be sure to submit such non-standard second-hand items before June, otherwise all of us will be emptied. (3) If you are a Chinese seller of Amazon, we refuse to open our address to Amazon as a return warehouse. We have the right to reject such packages or suspected such packages. If you need Amazon return service, please contact customer service in advance. You need to sign a contract before providing this service, otherwise our company will not accept the return business.

4. Due to the great changes in the overseas shopping policy, the line is unstable, changed and cancelled. Our company is ready to change the delivery rules and the line is on and off the shelves at any time according to the adjustment of the customs. If some lines cannot be shipped due to policy problems, please submit other lines in time. Our company does not promise that the line will definitely be put on the shelves. If it cannot be connected. 5. Please confirm whether the package information is correct before payment. After payment, there is no guarantee that the information can be cancelled or changed. 12. After submitting the delivery, our company provides a rough inventory service by default, mainly for large valuables such as milk powder, and small items (such as chocolate, masks with different functions, and various small drugs and other sundries) are not counted for free. If there are multiple complex sub-boxes, our company provides free and accurate sub-boxing of milk powder. Sundries are distributed as evenly as possible. No accurate sorting or returning to warehouse of sundries. These free services do not accept after-sales service. In order to avoid merchants missing and sending goods by mistake, please select value-added services for taking photos, detailed inventory and other services. View services;

13. 4.2 Receiving, warehousing and warehousing in German warehouse

4. Return of packages that have been put into the warehouse: Users can entrust HSL to return packages in the warehouse. Please check the provisions of value-added services for the return handling fee. Before returning the goods, please first confirm the time limit for returning with the shopping e-commerce (generally, the return time limit for merchants is 14 days after receipt, and there will also be corresponding regulations for food e-commerce). HSL will entrust DHL to return it to the shipper according to the original packaging of the goods. We will not be responsible for the losses caused by the loss and damage caused by the goods during the return process.

4.3 Customs declaration of DHL items

Please be sure to fill in the customs declaration information and articles correctly and completely. When manually picking and packaging the warehouse, there is no guarantee that the customs declaration information will be found to be inconsistent with the actual goods. Due to the wrong filling in the user's customs declaration information, the product is sent by mistake or determined to be inconsistent by the customs. The user shall bear the consequences. The goods transshipped by users in our company must fill in the declaration information in accordance with the regulations of German and Chinese customs. DHL's requirements for customs declaration are as follows:



HSL reminds that according to customs regulations, the value of personal parcels shall not exceed 1,000 yuan.

Users are requested to arrange parcels reasonably in accordance with the actual regulations of local customs, and truly fill in the content of the commercial invoice and the customs declaration amount.

HSL is not responsible for the return caused by customs declaration problems, and the returned package shall be subject to a return fee in accordance with the provisions of DHL. Please check the additional service price for the specific charges.

4. Scope and Limitation of Liability

1. In case of loss, damage or short-term consignments that are not insured, they shall be compensated in accordance with the claim settlement rules published on the company's official website (for details, see: novice help insurance claim settlement rules https://www.hslexpress.com/p/379); the company does not bear any indirect Liability arising from incidental, special or derivative losses (including but not limited to loss of income or profits).

2. The company will not be liable for the loss, damage, delayed delivery, misdelivery or non-delivery of consignment goods caused by the following reasons, nor shall it be liable for any damage caused by users, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, etc. or other intangible losses. Indemnify, and no freight adjustment, refund or any compensation shall be taken:

1) Due to the failure or negligence of the user, the shipper owner and the carrier;

2) Due to the nature or defects, characteristics or inherent defects of the consignment, such as obvious damage, etc.;

3) The user violates the waybill, these terms, service guide, or other agreements issued by the company, including but not limited to false declaration of the goods, improper or incomplete writing of the packaging, security, logo or address of the consigned shipment;

4) National or regional air or ground traffic caused by air crashes, public enemy invasion, government authorities, legal authority, customs or quarantine office officials, riots, strikes or other regional disputes, civil unrest, dangers caused by war or weather, or matters beyond the control of the company. All interruptions or communication system interference or failure. Under such circumstances, the company will still make reasonable efforts to deliver the destination and complete the delivery as soon as possible. However, we are not obliged to notify users in such cases;

5) The company's compliance with the oral or written delivery instructions of users or other sending and recipients;

7) Delays caused by customs clearance procedures or other competent authorities;

8) Delays caused by users' failure to confirm customs duties and customs payment in a timely manner;

9) Eliminate data in tapes, files or other storage media, or photographic images or tapes in exposed negatives;

10) The outer packaging is intact and the inner part is damaged;

11) Damage and damage to fragile goods, including glass ceramic materials and their products, musical instruments, electronic equipment components, photographic equipment, etc.; after selecting reinforcement value-added services, they still cause damage and damage and cannot be settled;

12) Damage caused by the sender or shopping website's failure to provide packaging that can support multiple transshipments;

14) The goods have not been submitted for more than 90 days, and the system automatically removes the package and discards them.

6. Embargoed items

The following articles shall not be transported by our services because they do not meet the provisions of the warehousing, transportation and safety of goods, or violate the laws of the countries or regions in the logistics process.

1. Securities and valuables. For example: bills of lading, write-offs, passports, bills of exchange, invoices, bonds, currency and cash, gold and silver jewelry, artificial jewelry, etc.

2. All kinds of dangerous goods. Such as matches, gunpowder, light engines, firecrackers, diesel, gasoline, solid alcohol, liquid alcohol, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, mail solvents, pesticides, magnets and other inflammable, explosive, highly corrosive, strong acid and alkaline, toxicity, radioactive and magnetic risky substances;

3. Living animals, plants, dead animals or animal specimens;

4. The human body or part of the human body, body, bones, plate;

5. Stimulants, cannabis, anesthesia, drugs that affect mental state in the central nervous system, and other prohibited drugs;

6. Articles in circulation prohibited by countries such as guns, swords, weapons and weapons;

If the package delivered to our company contains the above items, please inform our customer service in time to communicate and deal with the matters. Return, damage and corresponding legal liability for the package containing embargoed items shall be borne by the user.

7. Service agreement

1. The shipper shall not consign or carry goods prohibited by the state in the consignment; the shipper shall compensate double the carrier for all losses caused by the breach of this agreement;

2. The shipper or consignee shall not refuse to pay any service fee for no reason. For goods agreed to arrive at the destination, the shipper shall be jointly and severally liable for the expenses related to the consignment. If the shipper or the consignee does not pay the fee for no reason, the carrier may exercise the right of disposal, lien and other remedial rights against the goods, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the shipper or the consignee;

3. The carrier shall be liable for safe transportation from the time of receipt and delivery of the goods until delivery. During this period, the carrier shall be liable for damage, shortage, loss or pollution of the goods;

4. If the parties may settle any dispute through consultation or mediation due to the performance of this agreement or the dispute related to this agreement, either party shall bring a lawsuit to the people's court in the place where the company is located;

5. The shipper must declare the value of the goods truthfully, and the declared value must be the same as the transaction price of both the consignee/shipper. If the customs is withdrawn or fined by the customs due to the shipper's concealment or understatement of the value of the goods, the relevant responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the shipper;

6. The freight price is determined according to the price announced by the carrier. The price does not include pick-up fees, taxes, government fees and other incremental costs due to the shipper or consignee;

7. When the overpack of the shipper's goods is damaged or cannot meet the conditions for international long-distance transportation, the carrier may obligately change the box for the shipper (the material and size of the replacement box shall prevail) to provide the safety and security of the goods;

8. The quantity and value of the shipper's goods shall comply with relevant national laws and regulations, be limited to the scope of reasonable personal use, and shall not be used for other commercial purposes.

8. User management

This agreement is formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and rules. Users agree to strictly abide by the following terms:

(1) The transmission of technical data from China to foreign territory must comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations.

(2) Don't use this site for illegal activities.

(3) Don't interfere with or disrupt network services.

(4) Comply with all network protocols, regulations, procedures and practices that use network services.

Users shall undertake not to transmit any illegal, criminal, harassing, humiliating, insulting, intimidating, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized and other information materials; not to transmit information materials that harm the public interests of the country and involve national security; and not to transmit instigating others to engage in the acts mentioned in this article. Unauthorized access to other computer systems is prohibited.

This site has the right to close and cancel the user membership if any user has no unreasonable complaint or evades compulsory insurance due to false declarations, high-value goods outgoing users who do not insure the warehouse, and request time-bound compensation due to delays.

If the user's behavior does not comply with the above-mentioned terms of service, this site will make an independent judgment and cancel the user's service account immediately. 9. Jurisdiction and application of law

The conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by Chinese law.

If the terms of service of this site conflict with Chinese law, they will be fully reinterpreted in accordance with the law, while other legal terms will remain legally effective and influential on users.

The provisions of this agreement are divisible. If any provision of this agreement is ruled invalid or unenforceable, it can be deleted and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

If there is any dispute between the two parties over the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court where this site is located.

10. Notification

10.1 Effective contact information

You agree that we will send you all kinds of notices in the following reasonable ways:

(1) Public copywriting;

(2) On-site messages, pop-up messages, and messages pushed by the client;

(3) Emails, mobile phone text messages, letters, etc. sent according to the contact information you reserved on our platform.

When you register as a user of our platform and accept the services of our platform, you should provide us with real and effective contact information (including your email address, contact number, contact address, etc.). If the contact information changes, you are obliged to update the relevant information in time and maintain the contactable status. .

The Member Account (including sub-account) you generate when registering users of our platform to log in to receive in-site letters and system messages on our platform is also your valid contact information.

We will send you various notices to one or some of your above contact information, and the content of such notices may have a significant beneficial or negative impact on your rights and obligations. Please pay attention to it in time.

You have the right to obtain commercial information such as commodity advertising information and promotional offers that you are interested in through the mobile phone number or email address you filled in when registering. If you are unwilling to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function provided by us.

10.2 Service of notification
