[Delivery Rules] Declaration Requirements

You must truthfully declare the declaration information such as the name and value of the goods:

CITY: Accurate city name

STATE: Accurate state/province name, if it is the United States or Canada, you must enter a two-digit state code.

POSTAL: Accurate zip code, such as the United States or Canada, please go to Google Maps http://ditu.google.cn/ to confirm whether the zip code matches the state/province and city, otherwise it cannot be imported.

COUNTRY: Two-digit country code.

PHONE: The recipient's phone number must be accurate contact information. If the recipient cannot be reached at the destination, abnormalities may lead to the destruction or return of the goods (unless the sender bears the return freight).

DES_OF_GOODS: It is particularly important to provide detailed and authentic product names. The product name, material, purpose and quantity of the item must be accurately described.

REFERENCE 1: China to the world, go to the China Customs website to check HSCODE, customs inquiry website: http://service.customs.gov.cn/default.aspx? tabid=9409, must be fully encoded.

Country of Origin: Country code of origin, such as CN (China), some goods may be exported with proof of origin.

Units: Detailed number of incoming shipments.

Unit Price: truthfully declare the value of a single piece.

Belgian Post Product Introduction

Service characteristics

· No volume weight.

· The first weight of the package is 0.5kg, according to Bpost official regulations: the volume of the package is: (length + 2 times width + 2 times height) < 300cm, the maximum side length does not exceed 150cm, and the weight of a single package must be less than 30kg.

There is no need to upload your ID card.

ADI supports 24-hour self-service billing for Belgian postal services.

· Belgian postal parcels issued by ADI do not need to be transferred. After the order is issued, the package can be tracked online all the way with a unique order number.

Timely delivery time

· The time limit for postage is unstable, and the goods can be received about 10-20 working days after leaving the warehouse.

Special description of the line

If there will be a return fee, the relevant costs and risks arising from exceeding the above restrictions shall be responsible for the relevant costs and risks.

· You can buy [Overseas Shopping Loss Insurance], and the loss of packages and losses of goods from overseas shopping goods from abroad to China can be subsidized according to the value of lost items. The maximum subsidy amount: 10,000 yuan; validity period: 90 days; the insurance rate is 1.5% of the actual value of the goods, which needs to be truthfully declared (the consequences of the false declaration shall be borne by yourself).

Cautions

· An order can only contain one package, each of which does not exceed 30 kilograms per package (pleas a minimum of 7 kilograms of 6 barrels of milk powder), but multiple orders can be sent to the ADI warehouse in one day.

Please read the contraband description (prohibited item description) carefully to avoid unnecessary trouble.

· No parcel damage and parcel delay insurance. The upper limit of loss insurance is 50 euros, and there is no insured insurance. If the customer fills in a price of less than 50 euros, it will be compensated according to the customer's quote value. Before accepting the compensation, the customer should consciously upload the receipt of the items in the mailed package to prove the value of the items.

Return instructions

· If the package is unfortunately returned, the return cycle is longer than that of the postal return, ranging from 3-6 months on average. Please wait patiently. When the warehouse receives the returned goods, it will contact you by email.

· Note: There is a charge for returning packages, with a return freight of 210 yuan within 7kg and a return freight of more than 7kg of 270 yuan. Re-warehousing and re-return requires recount.

How to track packages

Additional instructions

· Warehouse signing: Be sure to fill in the transshipment and receiving address correctly, and you will not be responsible for the wrong address!! If it has not been entered into the warehouse (the French warehouse logistics has not been put into the warehouse 5 working days after signing for receipt), please contact customer service to inform the express waybill number as soon as possible, and provide a screenshot of the receiving address and proof of receipt for verification.

· Commodity inspection: After the package arrives at the warehouse, if there is obvious damage or leakage of the outer packaging, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you need to know about the damage in the package, you can choose to take photos.

· Domestic signing and receipt: When signing domestically, you must confirm with the courier whether it is abnormal (such as damage, loss, etc.). If there is any abnormality, please ask the courier to provide the damage record form and contact customer service immediately. We will assist you in the follow-up compensation work.

Claims Settlement Terms

I. Rules for Settlement of Claims

When the value of the package exceeds 1,000 yuan required by the customs for self-use, we strongly recommend that you buy overseas shopping insurance services in value-added services (the insurance rate is 1.5%, and the maximum purchase amount is 10,000 yuan). It is recommended to check the reinforcement service for fragile goods (whether fragile goods are reinforced or not. Participate in damage claims)

The minimum insured amount is 100 yuan, and the declared value is less than or equal to 100 yuan. If you need to insure, you will still insure it at 100 yuan. It is recommended that you fill in the product forecast information truthfully according to the actual price. If there is a problem with the package caused by false reporting or false reporting, Andayi will not bear any responsibility. If the declared value is lower than the actual value, the declared value will be paid. The insurance amount is collected according to the declared value of the system. In order to protect your rights and interests and prevent unnecessary claim disputes, please truthfully declare the value of the goods.

II. Description of the terms of settlement of loss claims

1. Lost package

1 The package was lost after it was sent.

If there is no logistics update for more than 60 days, you can initiate a compensation application. The carrier needs to reply to us confirm the loss, or the certificate of loss of the goods issued by EMS.

• Purchase insurance: For the loss of packages from overseas shopping goods from abroad to China, if the full amount of insurance (that is, the insured amount is greater than or equal to the actual value), it will be paid according to the original value of the goods (credit card entry amount), up to the actual insured amount; if If the insurance is insufficient (that is, the amount insured is lower than the actual value), the insured amount will be paid.

• Insurance was not purchased:

  • 1. The principle of compensation for French warehouses and Japanese warehouses

    The value of the goods is < 1000 yuan, and the actual value of the goods paid by the e-commerce order is paid;

    Value of goods >1000 RMB Compensation: 1,000 yuan;

  • 2. British warehouse compensation principle

    The value of the goods is less than 50 pounds, and the actual value of the goods paid by the e-commerce order is paid;

    The value of the goods is > 50 pounds, compensation: 50 pounds;

  • 3. U.S. Warehouse Compensation Principle

    The value of the goods is < 100 US dollars, and the actual value of the goods paid by e-commerce orders is paid;

    The value of the goods is > $100, and the compensation is: 100 dollars;

2 Missing unincoming packages

First, contact customer service to verify the receipt of the warehouse. If there is no relevant package, you can contact the merchant to verify the delivery. You need to confirm that we will sign for the receipt. Please provide a screenshot of the details of the order and the certificate that the recipient is Andayi in the logistics. We will reply and compensate within one month after providing the certificate.

If the declared price is less than the actual price, it will be compensated according to the declared price. If the declared price is greater than the actual price, it will be paid according to the actual price, with a maximum compensation of 1,000 yuan.

If the customer does not write an identity, write the address incorrectly, or fails to make an advance forecast, resulting in the loss of the package, he cannot apply for compensation.

3 Lost in-warehoused packages

The original value of the goods (credit card entry amount) requires proof of purchase, and we will reply and compensate within one month after the initiation of the sale.

2. Description of the damage claim settlement clause

Please be sure to inspect the goods before signing for receipt. If you find that the items in the package are damaged (wet) and understock, please ask the courier to sign the face sheet and note the damaged/understock, otherwise it will be regarded as normal. The package is not problematic until it is signed for receipt normally. It is impossible to apply for damage/rescarcement compensation.

(1) Damage to the goods affects the use function:

• Purchase insurance:

  • 1 There is an optional reinforcement service, and the purchase of insurance. The claim shall be settled according to the insured amount of the package (up to RMB 10,000);
  • 2 The reinforcement service is not selected, but there is insurance, and the claim is settled according to the amount insured by the package (up to RMB 10,000);

• Insurance was not purchased:

  • 1 If you have an optional reinforcement service, but you have not purchased insurance, and the claim shall be settled according to the actual purchase price of the goods (up to RMB not exceed 1,000 yuan);
  • 2. If the reinforcement service is not selected, and insurance is not purchased, the maximum claim settlement rate refers to 20% of the actual purchase price of the goods (up to RMB not exceed 500 yuan);

(2) The outer packaging is damaged, but it does not affect the use function of the goods:

If there is a package that chooses to be reinforced or purchased insured, the outer packaging is damaged in the inner part of the package, but it does not affect the use function of the goods. The claim package will be settled at 10% freight (up to RMB 100 yuan); if it is not reinforced and the insurance is not purchased, the claim will not be settled.

Note: There is no damage compensation in the British warehouse; the parcels returned from the original box, whether insurance is purchased or not, are not compensated; if the milk powder only explodes tin, it does not affect consumption and will not be paid; fragile goods will not participate in the damage claim whether it is reinforced or not.

3. Description of the terms of claim settlement for weight difference

If you do not unpack the box after receiving the package, the difference is not acceptable within 500 grams. More than 500 grams (including 500 grams) can verify with customer service whether there is a differential freight compensation.

The pictures to be provided for the application:

  • Take photos of the parcel sheet (including AT order number)
  • If there is a difference in volume and weight, you need to measure the length, width and height of the highest throwing point of the package and take photos to leave the bottom.
  • Courier company, or personal double-refering photos (weight accurate to two decimal places).

4. Description of the clauses for small claims

Please be sure to check the goods before signing for receipt. When signing for it, check whether the outer box is intact and whether there is a significant difference in weight. 5. Instructions for return and settlement

For individual parcels, the value of the internal parts under their control does not exceed 1,000 yuan required by the customs, and the value and quantity conforms to the principle of self-use. The random inspection line needs to be cleared by themselves.

If the return is carried out for customer reasons (such as the package contains contraband, the value of the package exceeds the personal use range determined by the customs, etc.), all the consequences shall be borne by the customer himself.

In addition, French, British and Japanese warehouses mail liquid or sprays for nozzles or pump heads, cheese, yogurt, beauty and health care products containing needles, electronic products strictly prohibited from shipping on the line, etc., all of which will be returned at their own responsibility.
