I. Introduction to Coverage Upgrade Service
Alibaba International Station launched the "Credit Guarantee - Guarantee Upgrade Service" to recruit merchants to join voluntarily. "Proofyance upgrade service" refers to the merchant's commitment to deliver all goods and credit guarantee orders on time according to the agreed delivery date, otherwise the merchant must pay the buyer extra overdue compensation, aiming to improve the seriousness and certainty of the performance of the international station platform through the "guarantee upgrade service".
II. Recruitment time
Recruitment time: July 6, 2021 00:00:00 (subject to the actual line time) to March 31, 2022 23:59:59 (Beijing time)
After the merchant successfully joins the "guarantee upgrade service", it will be valid from the time the merchant joins until 23:59:59 (Beijing time) on March 31, 2022. If the merchant does not raise any objection before the expiration of the validity period and continues to meet the merchant qualifications required by these rules, the merchant's participation in the "guarantee upgrade service" will automatically extend for one year, and the merchant's relevant rights and interests and obligations continue to be implemented with reference to these rules.
III. Business Responsibilities:
Merchants who join the Coverage Upgrade Service agree that all credit protection orders are subject to compensation if they are overdue. If the merchant fails to deliver the goods on time, and the buyer initiates an application for overdue compensation and is established, the merchant needs to make overdue compensation to the buyer. The amount of compensation is 10% of the order (uplifted up, capped $100), and is issued to the buyer in the form of a platform coupon. If the buyer uses it within 90 days of obtaining the platform coupon, it will be paid to the merchant. Recovery, the buyer does not use it.
The credit guarantee order in this agreement contains 1. Credit guarantee orders placed directly by buyers
2. Credit guarantee orders drafted by buyers/sellers 3. Sample form; does not include credit guarantee orders of letter of credit type, do not include e foreign exchange orders.
IV. Merchant rights and interests
1. The platform will mark all goods of merchants who have joined the "guarantee upgrade service" as "On-time Dispatch Guarantee", and venue resources will not be provided from time to time.
2. The platform will mark the RTS goods of merchants who join the "guarantee upgrade service" as 3-Day Dispatch/7-Day Dispatch/15-Day based on the minimum MOQ shipping time within 3 days/7 days/15 days.
Dispatch or other labels that Alibaba considers to meet the requirements.
3. The platform will extend the coverage for merchants who join the "guarantee upgrade service", based on RTS goods, and meet certain conditions (support Alibaba logistics arrival guarantee route, the destination country of buyer receiving the goods is covered) to "Arrival guarantee). Arrival coverage includes:
• Arrival time limit guarantee: According to the delivery time set by the merchant + the transportation time limit of Alibaba Logistics Guarantee Line, the arrival date will be automatically calculated and the late arrival guarantee is guaranteed (Alibaba Logistics arrival guarantee capacity line includes/see: Appendix)
• Platform compensation: If the merchant completes the delivery according to the delivery time agreed on the credit guarantee order and chooses the arrival guarantee line of Alibaba Logistics, if the goods do not arrive according to the estimated arrival time, the buyer initiates an overdue compensation application and establishes, the platform shall bear 10% of the order amount (sumply upward, capped by $100). Pay and distribute it to buyers in the form of platform coupons;
• Bidding rights and interests: RTS goods configured with Alibaba logistics guaranteed capacity line in the logistics freight template, and the platform is marked as "On-time delivery"; for goods with a delivery date of 10 calendar days/15 calendar days, "On-time
The delivery tab will be automatically upgraded to the "10-Days Delivery", "15-Days Delivery" label or other labels that Alibaba believes meet the requirements.
4. The platform will be for merchants who join the "guarantee upgrade service". During the promised guarantee period, the overdue delivery orders of merchants may no longer deduct points according to the relevant rules such as Alibaba International Station transaction violation punishment rules. ( However, the "on-time delivery rate" is still included in the star level assessment index, and overdue delivery is still included in the "abnormal performance" behavior assessment)
5. The platform will bear the overdue payment of the first order due to seller reasons until 23:59:59 (US-US-US-US) on September 30, 2021, that is, the orders paid before 23:59:59 (USS. and Western time) on September 30, 2021. The first compensation of the merchant's overdue liability generated by the goods shall be borne by the platform and will not be recovered from the merchant.

VI. Merchant registration qualification:
1. Users in mainland China Export Connect, Global Treasure or Jinpin Cheng Enterprise membership services
2. The merchant's registered account is an approved user of credit guarantee and the credit guarantee service has not been suspended or terminated.
VII. Compensation rules:
1. Definition: EDD
(Estimate Delivery DATE)=Current Date+LT (Lead Time)+ST (Shipping
Time) + Handling time
2. Conditions for opening the entrance for buyer's compensation application:
• On-time delivery guarantee: When agreeing on the delivery date, if the order has a "overdue delivery" logo, the compensation entrance is open, and the buyer needs to take the initiative to apply to pay.
•Arrival guarantee: When agreeing on the arrival date, if the order does not deliver (subject to the tracking information obtained by the platform), the compensation entrance will be opened, and the buyer needs to apply on its own initiative to pay.
3. Guarantee the opening cycle of the entrance:
• Timely delivery guarantee: from the date of opening the order compensation entrance to the confirmation of receipt of the order + 30 calendar day closing the entrance
• Arrival guarantee: 30 calendar days from the opening date of the order compensation entrance
4. Coverage Issue Standards:
• Timely delivery guarantee: issue a 10% platform coupon of the order amount, capped at $100
• Arrival guarantee: Issue a 10% platform coupon of the order amount and capped $100
5. Recovery standard:
• Timely delivery guarantee: If the buyer uses the platform coupon within 90 days, it will be recovered from the merchant, and the buyer will not recover if it does not use it.
•Arrival coverage:
Ø Merchant's failure/Failed to deliver goods on time - If the buyer uses it within 90 days of obtaining the platform coupon, it will be recovered from the merchant, and the buyer will not recover it if it fails to use it.
Ø Merchant delivers goods on time - compensation shall be borne by the platform
6. Special instructions on protection & disputes
• The protection application can only be initiated once, and the guarantee entrance will be closed after successful compensation;
• Buyers can still use "apply for" after obtaining platform coupons.
"Refund" to initiate a refund application, and the process is exactly the same as the existing dispute process;
•If the buyer initiates a dispute refund and closes the order, the buyer can no longer initiate a coverage application.
7. If the goods are delivered late or arrived late due to the buyer's own reasons (incorrect address, failure to cooperate with customs clearance, delay in signing, etc.), the buyer's application for protection will be rejected.

Rules for using coupons:
1. Definition: Platform coupons are coupons issued by the platform to the buyer's account through activities/or compensation, which can deduct the amount of Alibaba International Station credit guarantee order.
2. Platform coupon deduction rules:
• Platform coupons are only used to deduct the credit guarantee order amount of Alibaba International Station, including the amount of goods and logistics, except for the buyer's service fee;
• Platform coupons support superimposed with merchant discounts, logistics discounts and merchant coupons. The actual payment amount of orders deducted by platform coupons (excluding buyer's service fees) must be greater than 1 USD;
• Each credit guarantee order allows buyers to consume only one coupon, and each coupon can only support one credit guarantee order;
3. Settlement rules:
After the buyer successfully pays the credit guarantee order with the coupon, the merchant of this credit guarantee order will receive the full amount of the order, of which one is the actual payment amount paid by the buyer, and the other is paid by the Alibaba platform or the overdue delivery of the Alibaba platform will be given to the credit guarantee order. The equivalent amount of the merchant's platform coupon.
• When the payment method is TT, operate "associated funds", and the equivalent amount of the platform coupon will arrive immediately.
• When the payment method is online (such as VISA, Mastercard, e-checking, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), the equivalent amount of the platform coupon arrives at the same time as the payment paid by the buyer.
IX. Exit rules:

1. Based on the rights and interests of irregular venue resources, deductibles for the first order (see 4.4 for details) and exemption of points obtained by merchants who join the "guarantee upgrade service", merchants need to promise to apply for withdrawal after 30 calendar days after joining.
2. Based on the rights and interests of irregular venue resources that merchants who join the "guarantee upgrade service", merchants who withdraw are not allowed to apply for rejoin within 30 natural days from the date of withdrawal.
3. Merchants who withdraw from the "Coverage Upgrade Service" still need to continue to execute credit guarantee orders paid during the original coverage period according to the original coverage plan.
4. Merchants who withdraw from the "guarantee upgrade service" will reserve the right to recover from merchants for compensation and payments borne by the platform in accordance with these rules during the original protection period.
5. Merchants who withdraw from the "guarantee upgrade service" will be exempted from the penalty of overdue points deduction in accordance with these rules during the original protection period, and the platform will reserve the right to trace points.
X. Other considerations:
1. The ranking of merchants and/or products on the activity page is comprehensively sorted by the international station according to operational needs, goods and order activity, and dynamically adjusted every day. The international station has the right to make full decisions on such rankings.
2. Merchants need to continue to comply with all rules from the time of successful registration until the end of the event. If any discrepancies are found, Alibaba has the right to immediately disqualify the merchant from the event and corresponding rights and interests.
3. Merchants shall fully understand and implement the relevant rules involved in this activity. If it is verified that the merchant has provided false product/company certification certificate and other information, or there are other violations, cheating, etc., in addition to handling in accordance with the relevant website rules, Alibaba has the right to immediately disqualify the merchant's activities and punish the merchant: it shall not participate in ALIBABA.C within one year from the date of the behavior. Any promotional or regular promotion activities carried out by OM (including line-head promotion positions and industry market online promotion activities).
4. Authorized use: For the publicity, promotion and operation needs of this activity, Alibaba has the right to use materials related to merchants and activity products, including but not limited to Banner publicity inside and outside the site, without further notification or permission.
5. In case of force majeure or change of circumstances (including but not limited to major disaster events, epidemics, activities that need to be stopped or adjusted by government authorities, activities that have been severely cyberattacked or suspended due to system failures), Alibaba may claim exemptions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Alibaba may adjust the rules according to the actual situation of this activity. The adjusted rules will be published on the activity page and take effect on the date specified in the announcement.
